chandler cheung
Treasurer
Chandler Cheung is a senior studying computer science in SEAS. He is from Boston, MA. Chandler is the current UA Treasurer of the 52nd Session, and was previously on the budget committee and academic initiatives committee. Previously, he has worked on initiatives regarding permanent vigil spaces and more equitable credit limit policies during advance registration. This session, he will be working with OSA and other funding boards to design a better funding model for student groups. Outside of the UA, Chandler is a TA for CIS 5190, president of Tau Beta Pi, and on social committee for APSC. Kyunghwan Lim
Kyunghwan Lim (he/him) is a sophomore from Johns Creek, Georgia, majoring in Computer Science and Neurobiology alongside a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship. He is currently one of three Engineering Representatives of the 52nd Session of the UA. Kyunghwan is excited to represent the School of Engineering, as well as advocate for performing arts groups and work towards mental health initiatives across campus. Bhavya Surapaneni
Bhavya Surapaneni (she/her) is a sophomore from Castle Pines, Colorado, studying Systems Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Computer Science in the Benjamin Franklin Scholars program. Bhavya is serving as a representative for the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in the 52nd session of the Undergraduate Assembly. This will be Bhavya's first term in the UA and she is excited to pursue causes in the Equity and Inclusion committee, as well as get more involved in Penn as a whole through the UA. Outside of UA, Bhavya is the Advocacy Director of Penn Society of Women Engineers, a Project Lead for Engineers Without Borders, an engineer for Penn Jet Propulsion, a competitor for Penn Debate Society, and a research assistant in the Modular Robotics Lab. Pierce haider
Pierce Haider (she/her) is a sophomore from New York, NY studying Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering with a minor in Psychology. In the 52nd session of the Undergraduate Assembly, Pierce serves as one of the representatives of the School of Engineering and Applied Science and is a member of the Equity & Inclusion Committee. Outside of the UA, she is the president of Penn Women's Ice Hockey, the Engineering Chair of Class Board 2027, a Rachleff Scholar, and a member of the Internal Committee of Engineers without Borders. She enjoys crossword puzzles, swimming, and the PWHL in her free time.
Paree Pasi
Paree Pasi (she/her) is a sophomore from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, pursuing a major in Bioengineering at the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS) and double minoring in Political Science & Economics. Paree is currently serving as a UA SEAS Representative. Outside of UA, Paree is the VP of Events in Wharton Data Analytics Club, serves as Treasurer of her sorority Chi Omega, and runs her own South-Asian focused non-profit, Desis of Doylestown.
