Members to Consider Wharton American Sign Language Resolution, Amongst Others

The UA will be considering a resolution regarding American Sign Language as a viable course to fulfill the Wharton foreign language requirement at this Sunday’s meeting (1/24/2010).  American Sign Language IV (LING-074) is currently considered a fulfillment of the foreign language requirement in the School of Arts and Sciences as well as the School of Nursing but not in the Wharton School.

Other documents up for consideration at this meeting include a Recycling Bins Proposal and a Bylaws Amendment regarding University Committee Appointments.  The complete agenda and full text of the documents can be found here.

This meeting will take place at 9PM in the Benjamin Franklin Room on the second floor of Houston Hall.
